- Conduct an employee motivations survey to get a better understanding of key lovelanguages for each employee

- Drive home the impact that the company is making in the lives of its patients and how each employee is a critical part of that impact

- Create a safe space where team members can learn more about one another, be vulnerable and authentic in sharing their goals, and support one another on an ongoing basis
